This Privacy Policy describes how Everon Professional Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Everon", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the EveronReach at seller.everonreach.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, business name, email address and password (stored as a salted hash) when you register.
• Amazon selling data: when you authorise our application through Amazon's Selling Partner API, we receive data necessary to operate your account — orders, listings, inventory levels, pricing, advertising performance and financial settlement data.
• Technical data: standard server logs including IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we access Amazon data

Access to your Amazon seller account is granted exclusively through Amazon's official OAuth authorisation flow. We never ask for, receive, or store your Seller Central username or password. You may revoke our access at any time from the "Manage your apps" section of Seller Central, which immediately terminates our ability to retrieve your data.

3. How we use information

• To provide the services you engage us for: order synchronisation, inventory monitoring, price management, advertising management and financial reporting.
• To communicate with you about your account and provide support.
• To generate invoices for our services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not use one client's data to benefit another client. We do not use your data for advertising to third parties.

4. Data security

• Amazon authorisation tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• All data in transit is protected by TLS (HTTPS).
• Client data is logically isolated per tenant with role-based access controls; staff access is limited to assigned personnel.
• Our infrastructure applies firewalling, fail2ban intrusion prevention, and key-based server authentication.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon termination of services, Amazon-derived data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by Indian law (for example, invoicing records under tax regulations).

6. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) Amazon, through the Selling Partner API, as required to operate your account; (b) service providers strictly necessary to run our infrastructure (hosting), bound by confidentiality; (c) authorities where required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to connect@everonreach.com. You may revoke Amazon API access at any time from Seller Central.
