Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the EveronReach ("Service") provided by Everon Professional Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Everon"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Everon provides managed Amazon seller services, including product research, listing management, repricing, inventory and order operations, advertising management, and financial reporting, delivered through a combination of software automation and human account management.

2. Your account and authorisation

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You remain the owner of your Amazon seller account at all times. Everon operates only under the API authorisation you grant through Amazon's official consent process, which you may revoke at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining your seller account in compliance with Amazon's policies, tax registration (including GST), and applicable law.

3. Fees

Fees are set out in your service agreement and typically comprise a monthly retainer and a percentage-based success fee on sales, plus applicable GST. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

4. Responsibilities and acknowledgements

• Selling on Amazon involves commercial risk. Everon uses reasonable skill and data-driven methods but does not guarantee sales volumes, profits, buy-box placement, or advertising outcomes.
• Product selection decisions are recommendations; final approval and capital commitment rest with you.
• Everon is not responsible for actions taken by Amazon against your account arising from factors outside our control, including your product compliance, intellectual-property claims by third parties, or Amazon policy changes.

5. Data

Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Reports generated for you are yours.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. You may additionally revoke API authorisation at any time. Fees accrued to the termination date remain payable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everon's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
